SHIPPING 

 

Each Oarma garment is made to order and it takes a minimum of 4 months to make each gown. That 4 months starts once the payment for the garment/item has been received, your size and length have been chosen and your details have been confirmed by us.

 

 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm your details.

You will receive a tracking number once your delivery has been dispatched. Your invoice will be emailed to you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oarma does not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details or addresses. You will need to allow the appropriate amount of time for delivery and allow for unforeseen circumstances that may slow down the delivery process and the above time allowances are therefore indicative only.

 

Import duties and taxes may be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customers office to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the customer and not Oarma.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

 

Each Oarma Garment is made to order therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect ordering. 

 

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on our accessories.

 

In the unlikely situation that you find a fault or have an issue with your garment or accessories please contact us directly at studio@oarma.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assist you directly to try our best to resolve any issues
